HOLIDAY ORDERS
Domestic U.S. deliveries: we offer Priority Mail (2-4 days) and Express Mail (overnight) service for unframed prints and notecards (please allow additional time at the holidays due to heavy mail volume). The cutoff date for holiday shipment of framed prints to arrive by December 24th is Friday, December 12th.
International deliveries: we offer Global Priority Mail service (6-10 days); express mail services are also available upon request — contact us for details. Please allow additional time at the holidays for clearance through Customs. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee overseas delivery timeframes due to heavy volume delays.
Ordering
We accept most major credit cards through our secure payment processor PayPal (no account is needed), and transactions are secured using 256-bit SSL encryption. To pay by check or money order, please contact us with the details of your order. Checks are held until they clear our bank before shipment. Deliveries within New York state add 8.375% sales tax.
We respect our customer's privacy, and we never rent, sell or share customer information (see our Privacy Policy for more information).
Shipping
All in-stock items typically ship within 24-48 hours; framed prints may take up to 7 business days for shipment, as each one is custom framed to order. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and is based on total order weight and delivery distance. Domestic U.S. shipping rates start at $7.95 and international rates start at $16; insurance is included.
Customer satisfaction guarantee / returns
At StudioBotanika, we strive to offer our customers the best possible products and services. You may return any unframed item* purchased at StudioBotanika in its original condition within 10 days for a full refund, minus applicable shipping charges (* please note: custom framed prints are not returnable as each one is custom framed to order).
