Ordering

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal; online transactions are secured using up to 256-bit SSL encryption. To pay by check or money order, please contact us with the details of your order (checks are held until they clear our bank before shipment). Deliveries within New York state are subject to 8.875% sales tax. We respect our customers' privacy, and we never rent, sell or share personal customer information (see our Privacy Policy for more information).

Shipping

All in-stock items typically ship within 24 hours of placing an order. U.S. Priority Mail is our standard service, and we also offer Express Mail for an additional fee. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and is based on total order weight and delivery distance, with rates starting at $7.95. Framed prints are shipped via FedEx Ground in the U.S., regardless of shipping method selected.

A note to our overseas customers: Priority Mail shipping rates have gone up sharply over the past year, with delivery to much of Europe and Asia averaging $27 or more depending on the print size and weight of the package. Please know that we charge only for actual shipping cost. Delivery outside the U.S. can take 2-4 weeks or longer, depending on the time it takes to clear local Customs. Please contact us before placing an order for a framed print so that we can calculate accurate postage – the rates shown online do not account for oversized international packages.

All prints are securely packaged for safe shipping using all new materials including acid-free, lignin-free polypropylene sleeves. Prints are sandwiched between sturdy sheets of foamcore and placed in a rigid cardboard mailer and wrapped with a weatherproof outer envelope.

You may return any unframed item* purchased at StudioBotanika in its original condition within 10 days for a full refund, minus applicable shipping charges. * Please note: custom framed prints are not returnable as each one is framed to order.
