Ordering
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, as well as PayPal and Google Checkout (no account is needed); transactions are secured using up to 256-bit SSL encryption. To pay by check or money order, please contact us with the details of your order. Checks are held until they clear our bank before shipment. Deliveries within New York state add 8.875% sales tax. We respect our customer's privacy, and we never rent, sell or share customer information (see our Privacy Policy for more information).
Shipping
All in-stock items typically ship within 24-48 hours; framed prints take 7-10 business days for shipment as each one is custom framed to order. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and is based on total order weight and delivery distance. Domestic U.S. shipping rates start at $7.95 and insurance is included.
A note to our overseas customers: priority mail shipping rates have gone up sharply over the past year, with delivery to much of Europe and Asia averaging $27 or so depending on the print size and weight of the package. Please know that we charge only for actual shipping cost.
All prints are securely packaged for safe shipping, and we use all new materials including acid-free/lignin-free polypropylene sleeves to protect them. For shipping, prints are sandwiched between sturdy sheets of foamcore and placed in a rigid mailer and wrapped with a weatherproof outer envelope.

At StudioBotanika, we strive to offer our customers the best possible products and services. You may return any unframed item* purchased at StudioBotanika in its original condition within 10 days for a full refund, minus applicable shipping charges
